Women's Network

Since its launch, the GBS Women’s Network has introduced initiatives to empower, inspire, and support women across the organisation. Through mentoring, thought-provoking sessions and wellbeing workshops, it encourages learning from shared experiences and thriving together.

REACH Network

Race, Equality and Celebrating Heritage

The REACH network aims to connect colleagues through a range of projects, events and interactive sessions to promote race equality and celebrate heritage. It champions diversity and fosters understanding and ideas to shape a more inclusive and culturally aware workplace.

LGBTQ+ Network

The network's mission is to bring colleagues together around various projects and sessions supporting the LGBTQ+ community. It aims to foster a safe environment where colleagues can learn, share experiences, champion successes and discuss challenges.

ABLE Network

The mission of our newest network - ABLE is to connect colleagues around a range of projects and events supporting those with disabilities, including long-term mental health conditions, neurodiversity, and caring responsibilities, as well as their allies.
