HND in Construction Management for England (Construction Design and Build Technician)

Over the duration of two years, this HND in Construction Management course will give you a strong fundamental scope of the global construction sector. You will also develop the specialised skills and understanding that top employers are demanding from their recruits. Your first year will enable you to gain a clear grasp of broad construction principles and management functions. The second year will focus on more specialised areas of the industry with key topics including Maintenance and operations, personal professional development and management for complex building projects. 

Here are the entry requirements for this course:

Applicants must be aged 18+ and: 

• Have a Level 3 qualification or an Access to Higher Education certificate.
• Demonstrate English proficiency: GCSE 4/C or CEFR B2. If you do not have this qualification, you can carry out an English test provided at a GBS campus.
• Pass an Academic interview.

Applicants aged 21+:

• We welcome applications from students 21+ who do not match the standard entry requirements but who can demonstrate willingness and commitment to studying this subject and who can evidence academic, professional or vocational experience in a related field.
• Demonstrate English proficiency: GCSE 4/C or CEFR B2. If you do not have this qualification, you can carry out an English test provided at a GBS campus.
