Global Banking School (GBS) has once again strengthened its reputation as one of the UK's leading private providers of higher education following the publication of the 2026 National Student Survey (NSS).

The latest National Student Survey data, released today by the Office for Students (OfS), highlights consistently high levels of student satisfaction across the institution, with GBS continuing to outperform the higher education sector average in a number of key areas. The results reflect GBS's continued commitment to delivering an inclusive, student-centred learning experience that enables learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their ambitions.

At GBS, our purpose is to transform lives through education, and these results are a testament to the dedication of our staff and the ambition of our students. We are delighted that our students continue to recognise the quality of their experience and rate us above the sector average across so many important areas.

Our approach to higher education is built around accessibility and student success. We understand that many of our students balance work, family responsibilities and other commitments alongside their studies, so we design our programmes and support services to help them succeed, both academically and personally.

CEO of GBS, James Kennedy, welcomed the results, describing them as further evidence of the institution's commitment to transforming lives through education.

"We are proud to provide opportunities for students from a wide range of backgrounds, widening participation in higher education across London, Birmingham, Leeds and Manchester. By creating an inclusive learning environment and delivering career-focused programmes, we enable our graduates to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge they need to progress into rewarding careers."

Today's NSS results are an important endorsement of the positive impact GBS continues to have on the lives of our students. While we are proud of what has been achieved, we remain committed to listening to student feedback and continually enhancing every aspect of the student experience.

The 2026 NSS results reinforce GBS's commitment to delivering high-quality higher education that puts students first, combining academic excellence with flexible learning and comprehensive support to help every learner realise their potential.
