GBS campuses recently came together to celebrate International Women’s Day with a vibrant showcase of female entrepreneurship and community spirit.

Across our campuses, student-owned and female-led businesses were invited to showcase and sell their products, creating a lively marketplace filled with food, drinks, candles, clothing, beauty products and many more. The event gave talented local entrepreneurs within the GBS community a platform to share their businesses, connect with others and inspire fellow students.

The celebrations also included a special session hosted by the GBS Women’s Network. Staff gathered over tea and cake to learn more about initiatives both supporting and celebrating women across the institution.

Attendees could also take part in crochet and knitting clubs, where staff learned new skills while creating items to donate to local charities. With Henna art stations and other surprises throughout the afternoon, the event provided a welcoming space for colleagues and students to connect, celebrate achievements and support women in business.
