GBS celebrates its latest graduates at special ceremony in London

Global Banking School marks the graduation of its latest masters degree students at Canary Wharf campus

Global Banking School (GBS) was proud to celebrate the achievements of its latest MA graduates, who graduated at a special ceremony at the organisation’s Canary Wharf campus.

The students have been studying for a Masters Degree in International Business at GBS in association with Leeds Trinity University.

In attendance to deliver the commencement address was Stanley Johnson, former MEP and Chair of the GBS Advisory Board. He said: “As the Chair of GBS Advisory Board, I am absolutely delighted to be able to be present today at this important celebration.

“It is absolutely brilliant that the students who are here today, as well as others who are not able to be with us, have successfully concluded their Masters Degree in International Business at GBS and that they have indeed been awarded the Masters Degree in association with Leeds Trinity University.

“So our thanks today to the wonderful team from Leeds Trinity University. May I take this opportunity to say good luck to you all and may you be as fulfilled in later life as you clearly have been during your time with GBS.”

Professor Ray Lloyd, Chief Executive Officer, added: “We are immensely proud of our new graduates. Today we celebrate with them the achievement of graduating with a Masters degree. They have grasped the opportunity that a GBS education can provide and we are confident that they will now go on to achieve even more in their careers. We wish them every success for the future.”
