The following year of study will deepen your understanding of psychology and business integration. As you advance to Level 5, you will delve deeper into key concepts and principles introduced in earlier modules, such as human resource management including equality, diversity, and inclusion, the psychology of leadership and management, entrepreneurship and innovation. Students will gain insights into digital marketing strategies from a business psychology perspective.
In your last year, you will use your knowledge gained to tackle advanced topics and apply strategic thinking to organisational development. These modules will equip you with a thorough understanding of how psychological principles can facilitate transformations and changes within businesses. You will get an insight into the psychological aspects of online communication, and virtual interactions, essential for understanding the challenges and opportunities presented by the digital age.
You will also explore strategic decision-making processes crucial for driving organisational success and learn essential negotiation techniques and strategies. The Career Paths in Business and Psychology module helps you explore and plan your professional trajectory by identifying potential career opportunities that leverage both business acumen and psychological understanding.
